Super warm and cozy quilted neck warmer/cowl/scarf. It is made from two layers of hand dyed medium weight cotton fabric, with a layer of cotton batting in between. The fabric has a crinkly texture. Machine quilted.
This cowl can be worn scrunched down around the neck or pulled up into a hood.
The outside of the cowl is hand dyed in muted tones of green and gray and the inside is brighter shades of green and blue. Either side can be worn facing out, as all seams are clean finished.
Measurements (taken with cowl laying flat):
-Width across top: 13"
-Width across bottom: 23"
-Length: 28"
