As I add more pieces of hand dyed fabric to my Etsy shop, I thought I would post some pictures of them over here as well. This piece is 100% linen that I stitched with a pattern of concentric circles, before dipping it in the dye bath.
When the stitches are removed, a pattern of curved lines is revealed!
The pieces I currently have for sale are known as "fat quarters". This means that they are one quarter of a yard of fabric, and are approximately 18" x 22" in size. They are perfect for a small sewing project, such as a pillow or a zipper pouch, or to be hung on the wall as art!
